Valley Employment Dropped by 2,011 in the Fourth Quarter of 2010

The region’s employment increased by 1,666 jobs overall in 2010, but has recovered to pre-recession levels only in Montour County. 1,640 leave labor force in 4th quarter as all Valley Counties lose employment according to new U.S. data.
